Concert #3: Annual Holiday Concert Make it your holiday tradition! Under the direction of Dr. Beverly Everett, the BSO presents its 7th annual Holiday Concert. A special treat this year is a focus on Mozart, along with selections from the Messiah and some well-known carols. Audience members are invited to sing along on Messiah choruses. Concert #6: "American History" Roosevelt in Cowboy Land, a symphonic work by Chris Brubeck, is a three-movement piece for narrator and orchestra that tells the story of Teddy Roosevelt’s time in the badlands of North Dakota. Clay Jenkinson, who played an integral role in the conception of the piece, will narrate. Also featured on the program are composers and musical works heard in Roosevelt’s White House.
